Regarding the delay in submission of papers in concern departments

Hi, I am J.B., and have started my business in Albania.  While travelling for business meeting I was stuck in Asia . I am not able to file any official related paper work like taxes etc. due to Covid-19. Do I need to inform any department or when I will come back in Tirana I can proceed further?  Is there any negative impact or penalties due to delays? Thanks in advance for the information!
